The Opportunity
Sales Management Trainees will work with multiple department leaders to understand and learn the day-to-day operations of our business in preparation for stepping into a department sales manager role with a track to a General Manager position in a future expansion market. Our ideal candidate will have a track record of team leadership, be driven, have excellent critical thinking skills, and have an adaptable mindset.
